Delete Your Beirut Glow Account
Last updated: 31 August 2026
This page explains how to delete your Beirut Glow account, what is removed, and what is kept. It applies to the Beirut Glow mobile application and website, operated by Nichane Jaber Haidar, Bakaata al Chouf, Lebanon.
Delete from inside the app
Open the Beirut Glow app and go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm. Deletion begins as soon as you confirm.
Removing the app from your device does not delete your account. You must use the in-app option or the email request below.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask for your account to be deleted. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.
What is deleted
- Your profile and account details.
- Your sign-in identity, so the account can no longer be used to log in.
- Push-notification device registrations, so notifications stop.
- Photos and videos you uploaded, including your profile picture and any business or portfolio media.
- Private notes that businesses kept about you.
- No-show flags recorded against you and their event history.
- Scheduled booking reminders, which are cancelled.
What is kept, and why
- Past bookings and reviews remain, with your display name recorded on them. Bookings form part of the other participant's own records, and reviews stay visible to the businesses and customers who rely on them.
- A business you own is closed rather than erased, so its booking history stays intact for the customers who used it.
- Records needed for fraud prevention, disputes, required business or tax records, and legal obligations are retained where the law allows or requires it. Where feasible, they are deleted or de-identified.
- Backups may retain deleted information for a limited recovery cycle before they are overwritten.
This mirrors the Retention section of our Privacy Policy.
How long it takes
Deletion runs immediately once you confirm it in the app, or once we have verified an email request. Backup copies are removed on the normal backup recovery cycle.
